Missing any task—even one—means starting back at Day 1. It’s part of the mental toughness side of the challenge, not the fitness side.

That being said, you are the one in control here, and you get to decide what you do.

To complete the 75 hard challenge you very you must complete the following:

  • Two 45-minute workouts (one must be outdoors)

  • 1 gallon of water

  • 10 pages of reading (nonfiction)

  • Follow a diet with no cheat meals

  • No alcohol

  • A daily progress photo

All six tasks must be done every day.

Your photos are stored locally on your device. They’re private, never shared, and only accessible to you. Your data always stays in your control.
